Project Overview
Rydeu Logistics, a European mobility platform, faced challenges with their Docker-based infrastructure — including lack of centralized monitoring, manual deployments, and high onboarding friction. They sought a streamlined, scalable, and eco-efficient Kubernetes solution without overloading their DevSecOps team.
The Process
We replaced Rydeu's complex Docker workflow with AWS EKS using standard EKS Blueprints. ArgoCD with GitOps enabled version-controlled, error-free environment promotion. Our blueprint versioning allowed multiple product versions to be deployed on demand — optimizing compute and reducing environmental waste.
The Conclusion
Rydeu now enjoys rapid, reliable infrastructure provisioning and secure configuration management. The integration of sustainability plugins and automated CI/CD pipelines has empowered them to scale faster, reduce operational load, and support greener tech adoption — all with minimal manual effort.
